Chullora Marketplace – Win $100 by becoming a VIP Member

PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is Chullora Marketplace, owned by Henroth Pty Ltd and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Henroth Pty Ltd Head Office is situated at Suite 604, Eastpoint Tower, Level 6, 180 Ocean Street, Edgecliff NSW 2027ABN: 82 000 109 866. Chullora Marketplace centre address is: 355-357 Waterloo Road Chullora NSW 2190. 
2. Promotional Period: The Chullora Marketplace – ‘Win $100 by becoming a VIP Member’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Monday 5th August 2024 and conclude at 11.59 pm, Friday 31st January 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Scan the QR code on the poster or screen in centre or visit chulloramarketplace.com
2. Sign up as a VIP member by filling in your details on the pop-up box that appears on the homepage of the Chullora Marketplace website.

PRIZE AND DRAW

1. The prize is 5 x $100 Chullora Marketplace gift cards with one winner to be drawn monthly.
2. Total prize pool is $500
3. The winners will be drawn at random at by Centre Management or an appointed third party on the following dates:

1. The winner will be contacted by phone within 2 business days.
2. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
3. The Gift Card must be collected from the Centre Management office between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday by Friday 28^th February 2025.
4. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Chullora Marketplace and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
3. Limit of one entry per person.
4. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Chullora Marketplace and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
5. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
7. The Winner will be published on the Chullora Marketplace Facebook and Instagram page.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
9. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
